For starters, there will only be seven apartments - what we like to call Pisos - and therefore, only 7 owners. This is your opportunity to be a founding owner.   

WHETHER YOU ARE IN RESIDENCE OR NOT (be it a few weeks or a few months a year), your stake in Escucha will be quietly appreciating in value. (San Pancho real estate values have roughly doubled in the past 5 years.)

WHEN YOU ARE IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD your Piso will be rented for you, earning you income. And you’ll hardly lift a finger because we will take care of the complete rental process. Marketing & reservations, welcoming the guests & lite-touch housekeeping will be handled by our One-For-All management which will actively work to keep guests coming and take care of them while they are here.

One-For-All Management.

A key feature of Escucha ownership is the 2-tiered, full-service management of the private Pisos and common areas. 

Tier 1 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Similar to a typical condominium, the general property management includes all repairs & maintenance of each building as well as the grounds & flora.  In addition - and part of what makes Escucha special - is that repairs & maintenance inside each private Piso will also be taken care of for you - even when you’re there. Vacation for all!

Tier 2 RENTAL MANAGEMENT

When you are not enjoying your residence Escucha Management will provide full-service rental management including marketing, reservations, guest check-in, “light touch” guest services, cleaning, check out, etc.

The Pisos.

EACH PISO IS A FULL FLOOR ensconced, loosely, in structure & surrounded, fully, in nature

1 bedroom & 2 bedroom Pisos ranging from 1,300 sq.ft to 1,460 sq.ft and $720,000 to $885,000 U.S. dollars

  • ALL PISOS WILL BE furnished, top to bottom, commensurate with Escucha’s high-end tropical experience. Each will feature its own individual touches while maintaining a level of continuity necessary for the rental function & to ensure the highest-possible investment returns.

  • EVERY BUYER WILL HAVE the opportunity to direct the essential look & feel of their unit by choosing one of two evocative aesthetic moods which will inform the decorative choices made to achieve an artfully composed space.

  • EACH OWNER WILL RECEIVE their portion of revenue generated by paid events held in the Agora & common areas
